Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our head office in Delhi by reputed courier agencies.
Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:
For India Orders
- All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery is expected within 3–7 business days.
- For interior or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take between 8–12 business days.
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If unavailable, please nominate someone else (family member, neighbor, etc.). However, Kali Sena takes no responsibility for deliveries signed by others.
- Kali Sena is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For order-related complaints, contact Customer Care within 7 business days of delivery.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Rates may vary depending on product type, size, volume, packaging, and other factors. Final shipping and handling charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping Charges
For India Orders:
- Free domestic shipping for all orders of ₹1000 and above.
- Orders under ₹1000 will incur a ₹80 shipping charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat ₹80 COD charge.
For International Orders:
- Shipments may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other applicable taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the consignee and are not included in the shipping fee charged at checkout.
- Kali Sena is not liable for any such charges under any circumstances.
- If the consignee refuses to pay the applicable charges, the shipping and return duty fees will be deducted from the order amount during refund processing.
